Check-Out Instructions
Standard check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please gather used towels, start the dishwasher, secure all sliding doors and windows, and leave keyless locks engaged upon departure.
Access Information
High-speed Wi-Fi details and connection passwords are posted in the main living area. The private hot tub and vintage pinball machine include dedicated laminated instruction guides on-site.
Pet Rules
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. Pets must remain off upholstered furniture and be cleaned up after across all private estate grounds and waterfront areas.

Departure Checklist
Use your unique keypad code sent prior to 4:00 PM to unlock the front entryway and step straight into the property.
Connect to the high-speed network using the card on the counter and review instructions for the hot tub and pinball machine.
Remove the thermal cover carefully, adjust desired temperatures using the digital panel, and replace the cover after each soak.
Secure all exterior entry points, run the dishwasher, and lock up using the electronic keypad before 10:00 AM.
